When is the best time for a family shoot?


Golden hour (early morning or late afternoon) is ideal. For toddlers, choose their happiest window; for seniors, pick cooler hours and shorter walking distances.


How far in advance should we book—and why?


Book 3–4 weeks early to secure dates, themes, MUAs (if needed), and the farmhouse or park permissions. Early booking keeps things smooth.


How long does a family session last?


Usually 1.5–4 hours, with relaxed breaks for seniors, snacks for kids, and pet resets.



Can we combine this with another session?


Yes—Family + Birthday, Maternity + Family, Family + Newborn combos are available for continuity and value.

Wardrobe, Makeup & Styling


 

What’s included in styling?


Wardrobe guidance, palette planning, themed props/backdrops (as per package), and on-day quick fixes (pins, clips, lint rollers). Makeup available on request via our in-house artist.


Can pets join—and how do you manage them?


Yes. We plan pet-safe spaces, short bursts of posing, water bowls, and treat breaks. Share any sensitivities beforehand.


Can we bring our own outfits?


Please do. Aim for coordinated colours (not identical), comfortable footwear, and textures over loud logos.


 

What Happens on the Day

 

Will you help us pose?


Yes—gentle direction for posture, hands, and group symmetry, while keeping expressions natural.


How do you handle toddlers who won’t pose?


We follow a child-led approach—mini games, snacks, favourite toy cues, and quick, low-pressure sets.

Can we include personal props or heirlooms?


Absolutely—books you read together, musical instruments, heirloom shawls, medals, pets’ toys—they add meaning.


What if weather or technical issues occur?


We plan contingencies—alternate indoor corners, covered verandas, or rescheduling options if needed.

 

Turnaround, Selection & Deliverables

 

When will we receive our photos?


Edited images are delivered within 7 days of the session.


Do you also provide videos or reels?


Yes—cinematic clips or Instagram-ready reels are available within 14 days.


 

 

Can we see and choose images before editing?


Yes, you can shortlist your favourites for final retouching.


 

 

Can we request additional edits later?

Pricing, Booking & Policies

 

What are your prices?


Family packages typically start from ₹10,000, scaling with team size, location(s), add-on video, and themes.


How do we confirm the booking?


A small deposit blocks your date; balance is due post-session as per package.

What if we need to reschedule or cancel?


Rescheduling up to 72 hours prior is usually free. For cancellations, talk to us—we’ll help with the best option.
