Yes, we include professional retouching for all photos, ensuring that minor imperfections are corrected while keeping the images natural. This includes blemish removal, color correction, and adjustments for lighting and sharpness.

Can you shoot on location at our office?

Absolutely! We bring our portable studio to your office, making it convenient for you to have professional photos taken without disrupting the workday. We can also photograph in various environments like conference rooms or office spaces for a more personalized touch.

How quickly will we get our images?

Typically, we deliver edited images within 5-7 business days. However, for large events or projects, the timeline may extend slightly. If you have urgent needs, we can accommodate rush editing for quicker delivery.

Do you offer corporate video services?

Yes, we provide high-quality video services to capture corporate interviews, events, and promotional content. Our videos are professionally edited to align with your brand messaging and engage your target audience.

What is the difference between headshots and team photos?

Can you photograph multiple locations or teams in different offices?

How far in advance should we book a corporate photoshoot?

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. For larger projects, it’s helpful to plan even earlier, particularly if multiple locations or teams are involved.

What is your pricing structure?

We offer flexible pricing based on the type and scale of the shoot. Whether you need individual headshots or comprehensive event coverage, we provide customized packages to fit your budget and needs.

What if we need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit unless otherwise discussed.

Do you provide digital copies of the images?

Yes, all final images are delivered in high-resolution digital format, suitable for both print and web use. We can also provide physical prints if requested.

Can we use the photos for our website and social media?

Yes, once you receive the final images, they are yours to use across all platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

What happens if the weather is bad for outdoor photos?

If we’ve planned for outdoor shots and the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can either move the session indoors or reschedule to a better date. We monitor the weather closely to make sure we have alternative plans in place.
