What is the best time slot for the baby photoshoot session? 

The best time to shoot is during your “baby’s routine playtime”, ideally post a nap time. We recommend morning sessions between 7:00-9:00 AM and evening sessions between 4:00-6:00 PM.

What kind of clothes do we wear for the photoshoots (baby and family)? How many attires change are allowed for the baby shoot session 

Ideally, light and solid -coloured outfits look best, for everyone. Whites, creams, beige, peach, light blue, yellow, etc. look really good.

Avoid printed and Bright coloured- clothing as much as possible to avoid taking the attention away from your expressions.

Outfit allowed means you can bring your own dresses and are allowed to change at the shoot location. We allow ONLY 2-3 attire changes for baby shoots. Additional charges will be levied for additional attires.

Are the sibling/ parents included in the shoot session >

Yes! All our sessions include family portraits that include the mother, father and siblings (if any). We take 4 or 5 pictures with the siblings; however, we give more attention to the younger one. Family Portraits are included and are restricted to ONLY parents. Other family members can be included at additional charges of ₹1,000/

How and when will I receive the images?

Selected images will be edited (made to look better) and shared on a link. These are high-resolution images you will receive. Images will take up to 21-30 days for delivery from the day we receive the balance 50% payment. 

»  If in case, you wish to get the images on priority, we do have a ‘Quick Delivery’ option at an additional charge of ₹1,500/-. For Pre-birthday photoshoots, we ideally recommend getting the photoshoot done at least 10-15 days in advance, which gives us time to deliver your photos before the birthday.

Delivery of photos will be on Google Drive only and Pen drive can be acquired at additional charges.

Is the photo album included in the above packages?

Photo Album is NOT included in the above packages.

 The album price fluctuates as per the paper quality, the cover pad, and type of binding and ranges anywhere between ₹4500 to ₹7000/-, if printed at a local printer.

»  If printed at Canvera, the album starts from ₹7000 onwards.

Is there any travel cost or decoration included in the packages of home setup?

Paid location charges are NOT included in any packages and it will be borne by the client-side only. The outdoor location can be your nearby open garden, park, or a nearby beach and we will suggest you the best possible location as per your requirements.

What if we don’t want you to post our photo online (privacy purchase)

If you wish to prevent the photographer from using any of your images online, we have the option of purchasing privacy at an additional cost of 40% on the original package pricing (Privacy Purchase).

We highly respect your decisions on the usage of images and formalized this process to prevent any usage of your family images on our well-administered social media platforms and our website.

» Intention: Images used by us online, are mainly to help market and showcase variety by displaying the capability and potential of our photography services.

When should I book my maternity photo session?

Book your photo session as soon as you are sure that we can help you document and capture your beautiful journey towards motherhood. The earlier you book the better, as you can pick the slot best suited to you. Last-minute bookings and sessions get rushed for both of us. There is a lot of planning and discussions done before the shoot! 

How do I book my maternity photoshoot?

Connect with us via call / Whatsapp for the booking process and details. Or you can reach out to us through our email/webform / social media handles. No session is planned or prepped without the confirmed booking received in the form of a non-refundable booking amount for your maternity photo session.

Can I have both indoor (studio) and outdoor sessions?

Absolutely!! We have a varied range of packages that are designed exclusively. Please talk to us about the packages.

Where do you do the photoshoot?

At our studio, a studio near to your location, outdoor locations, destinations, or your location... We can do the photoshoot anywhere in India. The availability of our photographers must be checked for your desired dates. Travel, accommodation, and equipment transfers shall be charged additionally for outstation shoots.

Are my husband and 1st child included?

Your maternity photo shoot is incomplete without them. Please bring them along as this is an experiential process. We shall discuss a lot of things related to this during the pre-shoot clarity sessions.

Who all can accompany us for the shoot?

We recommend that only the expecting parents and the firstborn baby (if you have one) be present unless you have booked a family maternity photoshoot. The Family can visit the studio at the specified time, after your shoot is completed. In case the shoot is planned at your location, we recommend that family members do not disturb you for the first few hours of the shoot.

Are hair and makeup included in my package?

Hair and makeup are not included in any of our packages. We are happy to share references of makeup artists. We will help you with useful guidelines on what kind of makeup/hair to get done. It’s recommended that you come ready with hair and makeup for your photo shoot.

What should I wear for my maternity session?

We will have a comprehensive pre-shoot consultation on call to discuss dresses, setups, themes, etc.

What should my husband and 1st child wear for the session?

We suggest you get them to wear something matching and compliments your outfit or an outfit that is in contrast to yours. Not too bold and harsh! We will however do a detailed pre-shoot consultation on call post your order booking.

The photoshoot duration depends on the chosen package. Each look takes around 40-45 minutes with additional 15/20 minutes to change and relax.

What if I am delayed for the photoshoot?

All our photoshoots are decided based on mutual discussion and slot availability. It’s crucial you pre-plan, prepare and arrive at the given time slot as we might have more than 1 session planned for the day and at different locations. We provide a 30 minutes leeway. If you are delayed further, 20% of your package cost is charged additionally as a late fee. Of course, if there are no other sessions planned, we can have a relaxed shoot (Only for valid reasons!).

Will my images be shared on social media/ your website or any other platform?

We are in the business of sharing stories. An extreme amount of effort and dedication goes into the creation of each frame, with an intention to create the most beautiful memories for you. Hence, we showcase it on all our online and offline platforms that help us with branding and future business.

By default, all the copyrights of the images created by us, are with us. However, you can buy the copyrights to your images at an additional charge of INR. 10,000/-. On purchasing the copyrights, we don’t hold any rights to your images. We transfer your entire data, in its original format via online transfer and remove it from our systems altogether after 1 month of online data transfer.
